Francois Thienpont of Bordeaux, France shared 3 of his Chateau wines. Chateau Lauriol 2007 from the Cotes de Francs, is made up of 100% Merlot and aged 6-8 months in oak. Chateau Charmes-Godard 2005 is comprised of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc aged 12 months in oak. Chateau Peyroutas Grand Cru 2006 is form Saint-Emilion. 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, aged 18 months in oak.
