Matt Pilsner > November 13, 2008 Henry and Liza This is a shot from my second photo session yesterday. This is the only photo I've processed so far. I have plenty of time to work on them tonight at work, though. As I photograph more and more people in setup situations, I'm slowly realizing my faults. I'm terrible at directing people, and telling them what to do. I think that problem stems from two things: 1) I don't consider myself experienced or knowledgeable enough to start ordering people around, and 2) everyone I've photographed so far has been friends and co-workers. I would imagine that it is much less difficult to order strangers around. Any Advice?
Matt Pilsner > November 12, 2008 Rob and Blair I managed to end up with 2 photo sessions in the same day. This morning I walked around Princeton's campus with my friends Rob and Blair. They really just wanted a nice photo to send out with their Christmas Cards, but hopefully, I managed to catch more than just a Christmas Card Photo. I'm still processing them, but this is one of my favorites. For those interested: Here's the Rest.

Matt Pilsner > November 10, 2008 (1 of 2) A group of Greek women in the world's largest litter box. I was in the world's most boring tech rehearsal all weekend. I managed to snap this shot from the control booth in the back of the house (about 125' away) using my macro lens. There is very little cropping, and I played around with exposure, contrast, and saturation in Lightroom.
Matt Pilsner > November 9, 2008 I was looking for a guess what it is shot yesterday, but I failed. This would be a fun "Guess which Light Board this is" for any theatrical electrician out there, but I'm pretty sure that most of my visitors are not one of them. These are the intelligent lighting control knobs on an ETC ION light board. I added a little purple tone to the shot, just becaues the black and white seemed a little boring to me.
