Matt Pilsner > 2/6/2008 Bored on a warm day and playing with my macro lens, again... This is a stack of Origami Paper that I found while looking for things to take pictures of. This one is at f/4.5, and HERE is one at f/32. I have one of almost every f/stop in between. It was sort of a fun DoF experiment.

Matt Pilsner > 1/4/2008 Super Bowl Party. There was about 30+ people in my apartment last night. It was pretty packed. As usual we had a TV in the kitchen, living room and bathroom, with a projector in the dining room/bar area. No one missed a single commercial. HERE's a link to more pictures from the party.
Matt Pilsner > 1/3/2008 The Keg Inspection There's a big superbowl party at my house tonight. I had to get the keg early because I have to work this afternoon. As soon as I put the tap on, Dynamo had to come check it out and make sure everything is ok for the party. Then I tapped myself an ice cold beer at 11am. What a beautiful day...
Matt Pilsner > 2/2/2008 Happy Groundhog Day. Here's a dead duck... This is just an example of some of the weird things that end up in our office at work. This stuffed duck was a prop in a show a couple years ago. It reappeared in our office for some reason. Odd huh? Don't you wish you had dead ducks showing up in your office?
Matt Pilsner > 2/1/2008 Happy February! I was inspired by This Thread on DGrin to try the "water drops on cd" again. I like these better than my last try. I had better light this time, and of course my new macro lens, which is so awesome! I was upset to find the dust on the CD after I uploaded the pics. I didn't have the energy to reshoot because I was constantly trying to keep the cats from walking on the CD. I'll probably revisit this subject in a few months. Anyone notice my new watermark??
